At Prestige Nails & Spa, our goal is to provide a relaxing and elevated salon experience for every guest. To ensure a positive and safe environment for both clients and staff, we kindly ask that the following policies be respected:

1. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse , decline, or discontinued service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, aggressive, or disruptive behavior, or for request that fall outside of our service scope or expertise, do not align with our salon standards, or cannot be performed safely.

2. Zero Tolerance for Abuse

We do not tolerate rude behavior, harassment, bullying, or verbal abuse — whether in person or over the phone. Any form of abusive language, threats, or intimidation toward our staff will result in refusal of service and possible permanent refusal of future appointments.

3. Satisfaction & Communication

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsure about your service or unhappy with any part of it, please let us know immediately during your appointment. We are happy to make adjustments on the spot.

We cannot be responsible for concerns that are not communicated until after the service is completed or at a later date.

4. Outside Nail Work

We do not fix or polish change work completed by other salons. Clients requesting these services will need to book a new set with previous set removal.

This policy is not intended to turn away business; because we cannot guarantee the results of repairs or polish changes on unfamiliar existing sets, it allows us to provide services we can confidently stand behind. We also recommend waiting for a fill appointment. At that time, we can reshape and adjust the nails to better suit your preferences and desired style. We are happy to discuss any concerns and help create a look you’ll love.Thank you for your understanding.
